If you have never heard of it…I believe the time has come for you to take a break and stop by Gasqhe Couture to check out Karija Azalee’s cutting edge designs. In a recent conversation with her I came to realise that she is absolutely right when she says “Gasqhe is designed by models, for models”, and you can actually understand why if you just take a step back, keeping that information in mind, and look at them.

You see, the level of sophistication and the attention to detail absolutely reminds me of one of my favourite RL designers, John Galliano (just look at my header), take a look at his work, especially his black & white collections and you will see what I mean.

Now, without further ado, I share with you some of my Gasqhe Couture pieces

This is the “[Amberly]”, and as you can tell, it is very Autumn/Winter, but still very impressive if you choose to wear it to a chic, chilly Summer night event. The closest you get, the more and more detail you discover about it.

The attention to detail is not overcome by the excellent quality textures, it is simply and equally as good. Karija made a superb job in presenting us with such a realistic floral print pattern velvet both on the bodice and on the skirt.

And here we have the “[Amberly[” paired up with the “[Jelina]” hat, the laced version. Once again, my attention was immediately drawn to the elegantly laced embellishment that falls just across the face, revealing just enough of your eyes, revealing a more…mysterious you.

Now, something that you can style as you wish (I went with the full package, however it can be worn during the colder seasons with just about the right coat). This is the “[Cher]”. I believe there is nothing more I can add about how delicate Gasqhe‘s lace textures are, you will have to come and see for yourself.

In case you are wondering, yes, you can have an undershirt with pasties if you feel more comfortable, however…the sheerness in the bodice is not too revealing, just a small pinch, I’d say. Notice how delicate and intricate the detailing is! Delicate lace textures as I have rarely come across in-world.

I know, I know…very Twiggy of me, but I had to go with my gut. This is is the “[Jeynne]” and for those who thought Gasqhe only works with dark colours here is the proof otherwise. Not only can Karija create amazingly sophisticated looks in black but notice how she can also present us with something in a brighter colour, just as equally sophisticated. The ruffles across the chest and the headpiece, together, manage to add even more character to this flirty dress without being too over the top.

Here you go, a close up on the detailing. This is what I love about this shop, clean, simple but always…ALWAYS super sophisticated and…ladies..IN-EX-PEN-SI-VE!! And again, I cannot stress this enough “by models for models” indeed…however, anyone with a good sense of taste, even if not a model, can most certainly wear this and make herself look absolutely astonishing. That is the magic behind any good haute couturier.

I am only sorry my photoshop skills aren’t good enough to show you how beautiful these creations are, but then again, I hope I planted a little seed in your brain, making you want to drop by Gasqhe Couture and take a peek. You will be pleasantly surprised to find out that there is a bit more than just dresses, you will also find beautiful skins, bodysuits, pant, hair..just go on and have a look for yourself.

As always, much love
